This page covers VisionaryAI Suite (the local-first software) and the static website you are reading, operated by Bomark Analys AB in Sweden. It is not a substitute for your licence contract, a DPIA, or the detailed privacy information inside a specific product build—use those for binding commitments.

Local-first software
VisionaryAI Suite is designed so that analysis of your source media can run on computers under your control. Processed files, model caches, and .vtag sidecar metadata are typically stored on your disks next to (or in paths you configure for) the media. You are responsible for access control, backup, and retention of those files.
The application may still perform network activity that does not send your entire media library to us—for example: licence checks, downloading or updating models, software updates, or opt-in or crash diagnostics as described in the product’s own interface and EULA. The exact behaviour is defined by the version you install, not this website.
This website (static hosting)
These pages are plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on your or our host. We do not set first-party session cookies for login on this site; there is no user account in this static deployment.
When you open our pages, your browser may send standard server logs (e.g. IP address, time, user agent, and requested URL) to the hosting provider. How long logs are kept depends on the provider and their configuration. If an asset is loaded from a third-party domain (e.g. a hosting CDN for fonts or images), that third party’s policy may apply to that request.
Contact form and email
The contact form is a static placeholder until a backend (e.g. Formspree, a mail script, or an API) is connected. Submitting the form in the current configuration does not send data to a server in production unless you have wired that up. We recommend that you email us directly for operational mail.
If you email us, we process the address, message content, and any attachments you provide to respond and manage the relationship. We do not sell email lists. Retention is limited to what is necessary for the conversation, support, and legal obligations.
Your rights (EEA and UK, in short)
If the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data we hold, and in some cases to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For requests related to this site or our company, contact info@bomarkanalys.se. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Shop and sign-in (when available)
If we add customer accounts for a web shop or self-service, authentication will be implemented through a proper identity layer (HTTPS, industry-standard sign-in) with its own terms. The sign-in page is a layout and UX shell until that backend is connected—do not use it to collect real credentials before then.
Children
The software and site are not directed at children as a primary audience. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have personal data of a child in a context we should not hold, contact us.
Changes to this page
We may update this text when the product, the site, or the law change. Material changes to how we use personal data will be reflected here with an updated “Last updated” line where practical.
